Our Mission

John C. Daniels School of International Communication is committed to the belief that all children are capable of learning. Through our dual language program, all children are instructed in Spanish and English with the goal of becoming bilingual and bi-literate in both languages by the end of eighth grade. We focus on the development of the whole child: intellectually, physically, emotionally, and socially. Through this focus we address individual differences and needs while challenging and motivating each child to reach their full potential.

HERE is this week's newsletter in English and Spanish.

Also, please note that our end-of-quarter learning celebration (aka Town Meeting) will be held this Friday, April 15 at 10am for grades PK-4th and at 11am for grades 5-8. Parents are encouraged to attend to see students present what they have learned during the Stewards of our Planet theme this quarter.

Please also be aware that Wednesday, April 27th will be report card conference night. Teachers will be available from 3:00-5:30 to discuss your child's academic progress with you. Please communicate with your child's teacher if you need to make an appointment for another time.
